About BDBitcoin

Our purpose

Much of the crypto information available in Bangla comes from promoters, rumours or outright scammers. BDBitcoin has three goals:

1. Teach in plain language: how Bitcoin, blockchains, wallets and markets work.
2. Give accurate information: international market prices in taka, and Bangladesh's legal position with sources.
3. Raise awareness: help people recognise the signs of fraud so nobody loses hard-earned money.

What we do not do

• We do not recommend investing in any coin, exchange or platform.
• We do not explain how to buy crypto with taka, because that is not permitted in Bangladesh.
• We are not affiliates or promoters of any crypto exchange.

• Prices: aggregated market prices from CoinGecko, with Coinbase's public exchange rates as a fallback.
• Legal information: published news about Bangladesh Bank's notices, and government documents. Each claim links to its source.
• Guides: every guide shows the date it was last reviewed.
